    Processing time:

    Please allow 1-3 business days for the payment to be processed. Processing time depends on your bank/credit union. Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the purchase within the specified shipping option selected during checkout. You will be notified via email with tracking.

You will have up to 48 hours or the second delivery attempt to reach out to update us. After the second attempt, no refunds or exchanges will be given or granted.     Missing Package Policy:

    If the delivery carrier (USPS) has updated your parcel as delivered but you have not received the desired package to the shipping address on file.  Please contact the delivery courier (your local post office). Then check with your neighbors, parcel locker, or leasing office/front desk first. If the parcel is still not found, please contact us via at “info@iambriacharlise.com” with your name, the order number and a brief description of your incident. We will gladly assist you and provide you with a solution.
